I’m not like a regular therapist.
I’m a "cool" therapist.
I see therapy as two humans in a “room” trying to figure life out together. I don’t know everything and I don’t want to! You're the captain and I'm the first mate. Our relationship is collaborative and built on trust. I'm here to help you navigate the stresses of life, manage the mess, and work through transitions. I use strategies to engage the body and mind to help clients recognize their deep rooted patterns and how they came to be so that we can rework the mess into functional living space. In the messy (therapy) room I believe in laughter, tears, reflection and some cuss words (sorry Grandma) along the way.
